Yavapai Silent Witness is now offering a reward of up to $600 for information leading to an arrest of a suspect wanted in a slew of burglaries in Paulden this summer. Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputies and Chino Valley Police were called to two apparent break-ins at Ace Hardware and Family Dollar in Paulden, just before midnight back on July 17th. When authorities arrived at Ace Hardware, it appeared someone had broken into the store due to damage to the front door. Deputies searched both stores to find out if anything was stolen. The manager of the Family Dollar provided video to police, showing a man wearing a jacket, hat, mask and gloves approaching the front door. He then threw a rock through the glass and reached in and unlocked the door. Deputies believe the man on the video is the same man responsible for two other break-ins at the Big Country Store in Paulden back in May. If anyone has information on the suspect, or the crime, contact Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip online at yavapaisw.com.
