Work Continues On The Beulah/University Realignment Project In Flagstaff

Phase One of the Beulah/University Realignment Project is in its final stages. The final portion of Phase One includes crossing Milton Road with new water and sewer utility infrastructure, which is set to begin in early April. To safely install the utilities across the road, lane closures will be required. Also, University Drive will be closed between Milton Road and the western entrance to Target. Crews will be working both day and night to expedite the installation. Typical work hours will be Monday through Thursday form 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., with occasional work on Friday and Saturday. Phase Two will be the construction of a new pedestrian underpass. Phase One is expected to be completed this summer, with Phase Two beginning soon after.
