The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Yavapai County, and a small portion of western Coconino County until midnight night, due to Tropical Storm Hillary.  The advisory includes: Prescott, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Seligman and Ash Fork.  Forecasters say winds will be 25-to-35 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles an hour at times, especially near storms.  Winds are expected to calm down after midnight as Hillary moves on to the north.  The storm is mainly affecting western Arizona and southern California.
