University Avenue will be closed to all traffic, starting Monday during the daylight hours, between Yale Street and the eastern driveway entrance to the Woodlands Village Apartments. The City of Flagstaff says the reason for the closure is to allow crews to begin removing the existing asphalt pavement along the section of University Avenue that will connect the future roundabout. Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are asked to follow the marked signage to get to their destination. The closure will be Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. until 5 p.m.
