EXCLUSIVE: U.S. Senate Candidate Kari Lake Held A Town Hall Meeting In Williams Thursday

Republican U.S. Senate Candidate Kari Lake held a town hall meeting Thursday night at the Canyon Chapel in Williams. Lake covered topics such as the border, housing and former President Trump. She also echoed Trump’s statements about abolishing the U.S. Department of Education and the creation of “Freedom Cities” in ten different areas that would be locally controlled without the federal government’s involvement. In an exclusive interview with KAFF News, she also encourages everyone to register to vote in 2024. She says, “we’re all voters. I want even the most liberal Democrats vote to count, I want people who don’t like me’s vote to count and darn it, I want the Republican’s vote to count” Lake adds, “we do have our brightest days ahead. I see a day coming very soon where Americans start coming together and realizing we are so much more powerful when we work together in unison.” Lake is running against Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb in the primary and is expected to face Democratic front-runner Congressman Ruben Gallego in November general election.
