The Grapevine Fire Approaches 1,100 Acres Burned With No Containment, But White Horse Ranch To Be Taken Off “Go” At 7 P.M.

The Grapevine Fire has grown to nearly 11-hundred acres north of Dewey-Humboldt.  The fire still is zero percent contained.  YCSO is planning to return the White Horse Ranch are to “Set” at 7 p.m.. The area was placed in “Go” Wednesday afternoon.  Fire officials hope Monsoon rains will help further efforts to contain the wildfire.  Fire crews continue to work on control lines on the eastern side of the fire.
