Prescott Police arrested a man in connection with an armed robbery at a Circle K in Prescott last Friday. Officials say at 9:13 p.m., police received reports of a robbery at the store in the 12-hundred block of East Gurley Street. A masked man carrying a black bag demanded money from the cash register. The store clerk refused twice, even after the suspect stated that he was armed. Eventually, the suspect, who was later identified as 19-year-old Alvaro Noe, fled the scene on foot. Officers were able to locate Nue based on his description. When they attempted to make contact with him, he fled. After being pursued by the officer, the man was in possession of a gray pillowcase with eye holes cut out. Noe was booked into the Yavapai County Jail on charges of armed robbery with a simulated firearm as well as resisting arrest.
