A restraining order filed by LD7 State Senator Wendy Rogers against a reporter last month will be heard in a Flagstaff courtroom Wednesday afternoon. Coconino County Flagstaff Justice Court Judge Amy Criddle issued an injunction barring “Arizona Capitol Times” reporter Camryn Sanchez from contacting Rogers at her home following an April hearing. Rogers claims Sanchez harassed her and showed up at her home uninvited and “repeatedly committed harassing, annoying and alarming attempts” to contact her. The Capitol Times says Sanchez was investigating whether or not Rogers lives in District 7, which includes Flagstaff, Payson, Show Low and Williams. The hearing will take place at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and heard by Justice of the Peace Howard Grodman. State Senator Rogers says she plans to attend.
