NAU Rallies From 16 Down In The First Half, But Falls 72-70 To Weber State Thursday

The NAU Lumberjacks men’s basketball team was down by as many as 16 points in the first half, but fell short as they fell to the Weber State Wildcats in the Skydome Thursday, 72-70. Weber State scored six straight points in the final 46-seconds to hold on to the win. Trent McLaughlin led the Jacks with 29 points. Carson Basham added 16 points and Oakland Fort chipped in with 11 in the loss. The Jacks will take on the Idaho State Bengals in the Skydome Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m.
