Commencement ceremonies at Northern Arizona University are set to take place Friday and Saturday in the Skydome. Four graduation ceremonies will take place over two days. Friday’s 11 a.m. ceremony will celebrate graduates of the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. The 4 p.m. ceremony will be for graduates of the College of Arts and Letters, College of Education and NAU Online and NAU Yuma. Saturday’s first ceremony starts at 10 a.m. Graduates from the College of Health and Human Services and the W.A. Franke College of Business will be honored. Then at 3 p.m., graduates from the College of Engineering, Informatics and Applied Sciences, along with the College of the Environment, Forestry and Natural Sciences will be honored. At the 3 p.m. ceremony, NAU’s keynote speaker Bill Gates will deliver a speech to the graduates. If you have tickets for any of the ceremonies, plan for extra time to get to the Skydome. NAU’s Clear Bag Policy will also be in effect. For those unable to attend in person, the ceremonies will be live-streamed on NAU-TV.
