Mountain Line’s Mountain Express Buses To Snowbowl Starts Tuesday

The Mountain Line’s Mountain Express from Flagstaff to Arizona Snowbowl begins Tuesday. The Mountain Express is free of charge for those heading up to Snowbowl to enjoy a day of skiing or snowboarding. The route starts at the downtown connection center on Phoenix Avenue in Flagstaff, then will stop at Flagstaff High School on Kendrick Street, where there is a free park-n-ride lot east of Kendrick between Sullivan and Elm. Buses will also stop at the Mountain Line’s existing Route 5 stops on Highway 180 at the Pioneer Museum going north and at Stevanna heading south. The first bus leaves the connection center at 7:30 a.m. and buses will depart about every 30 minutes until 4:25 p.m. The first bus leaves Hart Prairie Lodge at Snowbowl at 8:20 a.m. and will leave every 30 minutes until 5:30 p.m. Every rider of the Mountain Express will receive a ten-dollar voucher to use anywhere at Snowbowl on the same day.
