Man Arrested For Exposing Himself To An Off-Duty YCSO Deputy And His Family

Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man for exposing himself to an off-duty sheriff’s deputy. Officials responded to a report from the deputy that he, his girlfriend, her kids and her sister saw a man peeing in the middle of Orme Road on Friday. The man then walked over to the off-duty deputy’s vehicle with his pants still down. The deputy called dispatch to report the incident and told the operator the man left in his car heading south on Interstate-17. Responding deputies found the vehicle crashed into a construction vehicle on I-17 at the Bumble Bee Exit. Deputies arrested 40-year-old Leo Tocchini for indecent exposure and DUI.
