In a battle of two of the top teams in the 4A Grand Canyon Region, the Flagstaff Eagles boys basketball team led start to finish as they beat Bradshaw Mountain 65-47 Wednesday night. Eight different Eagles scores, led by Connor Obrien-Puibini with 18 points, 11 coming in the second half. Harrison Fritsch and Jake Centner each added 12 points in the win. Leading all scorers was the Bears’ Mason Hunt who scored 31 points. Hunt scored 15 of the Bears’ 21 points in the second half. Flagstaff improves to 4-0 in the Grand Canyon Region and will head to Prescott Thursday to battle the 4-0 Badgers, who beat Lee Williams in Kingman Wednesday 67-55.
