Day 9 Of “Catch 22” Focuses On Trying To Find A Fugitive In Crimes Committed Over 20 Years Ago

Today is Day 9 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Day 9 focuses on trying to find fugitive Manuel Acosta. Between August 19th and the 20th of 2002, Acosta had sexual contact with a victim under the age of 15 several times. He has gone by the alias, Inocente Mendoza-Acosta. He has two separate warrants worth $25-thousand each, which a nationwide extradition stemming from burglary and sexual conduct with a minor. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to Acosta’s arrest.
