Day 6 Of “Catch 22” Focuses On Finding A Man Who Skipped Out On Probation After Being Arrested In 2021 Near Ash Fork

Today is Day Six in July’s “Catch 22” program from Yavapai Silent Witness. We are focusing on finding 28-year-old Andres Armijo, who was pulled over in the early afternoon hours of February 3rd, 2021 as he was driving westbound on Interstate-40 near Ash Fork for multiple moving violations. Following several deceptive statements and inconsistent stories, a Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputy deployed his K9 to do a search. The search revealed Armijo and his passenger concealed over $87-thousand in cash inside the vehicle, as well as a handgun and drug paraphernalia. Armijo was arrested and placed on probation, which he has violated. He is described as a Hispanic male, five-foot-11 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Armijo has multiple tattoos, including one on his neck and “Lord have mercy” on his chest. His last known address was in Albuquerque, New Mexico. If anyone has information on Armijo’s whereabouts, you could be eligible to up to a $1,000 reward of he is arrested. Call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip to yavapaisw.com to be eligible for the reward.
