It’s Day 6 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program and today Yavapai County law enforcement is asking for help in finding 31-year-old Armando Juan Gamez. On August 3rd, 2021, Prescott Valley Police stopped a vehicle, whose driver was known to have a suspended driver’s license. During this traffic stop, Gamez and the driver were found to have 33 blue M30 pills, 20 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a loaded 9mm handgun. Gamez and the driver were put on probation for drug possession. A few weeks later on August 30th, Gamez was arrested for armed robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault after a domestic violence incident. He was sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections for 18 months and placed on 4 years of probation when he was released. A warrant for his arrest was issued after he failed to comply with the conditions of his bail. Gamez has a tattoo on the right side of his neck and multiple tattoos on his arms.
