Day 19 Of “Catch 22” Focuses On Finding A Phoenix Man Wanted In Connection With A Shooting In 2020 In Prescott

Day 19 of “Catch 22” from Yavapai Silent Witness focuses on the search for a man who is wanted in connection with a shooting back in 2020. Law enforcement is looking for 24-year-old Nicholas Tyler Johnson of Phoenix. On June 9th of 2020, a report of shots fired came in from the 42-hundred block of North Papago Lane. One of the bullets hit a home and no one was injured. The next day at around 3:30 p.m., another call came in identifying the suspects involved in the shooting and the vehicle they were in. Officers stopped the vehicle at Navajo Drive and Valley Road. The two suspects were passengers in the vehicle. One of the two was Johnson. He was booked on three felonies in connection with the case. Johnson is now wanted on a warrant for weapons misconduct and a separate warrant for auto theft and burglary from another case. He is a white male, five-feet-seven inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. Johnson has black hair and hazel eyes. His last known address was in the 14-thousand block of North Black Canyon in Phoenix.
