Today is Day 17 of the “Catch 22” program by Yavapai Silent Witness.  Today we focus on finding 29-year-old John Ryan Panettiere.  Beginning on May 13, 2013, and spanning a week’s time, Panettiere had sex with a 13-year-old girl on multiple occasions, and was aware she was underage at the time.  He was arrested and convicted for the crime and was sentenced to five years in prison and is registered as a Level 2 sex offender.  He was placed on probation, which he has since violated.  Panettiere is a white male, five-feet-11 inches tall and weighs around 210 pounds.  He has red hair and blue eyes and has multiple tattoos.  His last known address was in the 76-hundred block of East Paseo Hermosa in Prescott Valley.  A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to Panettiere’s arrest.  If anyone knows his whereabouts, contact Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip online at
