Day 17 of “Catch 22” Focuses On Finding A Man Who Was Charged With Fentanyl Possession

Today is Day 17 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Yavapai County law enforcement is asking for the public’s help in finding 38-year-old Ruben Dominguez. Dominguez was arrested and found guilty for possession of fentanyl. A nationwide extradition was issued after he refused to comply with the terms of his probation. He has been known to previously live in Prescott Valley and Peoria. He has tattoos on his arms, neck, chest and his last name across his back.
