Day 16 of “Catch 22” Focuses On Finding A Man Who Had Sexual Misconduct with a Minor

Today is Day 16 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” Program. Yavapai County law enforcement is asking for your help in finding 34-year-old Jorge Ivan Baldivia. In November of 2007, Baldivia was found guilty of sexual misconduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. After being incarcerated in the Yavapai County Jail, he was placed on standard probation for a period of three years. He has failed to comply with the terms of his probation, and he has also failed to register as a sex offender per Arizona state statute. A valid arrest warrant with nationwide extradition has been issued. Baldivia is five-foot-nine inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. His prior address was in the 32-hundred block of Starlight in Prescott Valley, but his whereabouts are unknown. If you provide information leading to the arrest of Jorge Ivan Baldivia, you could earn up to a $1,000 cash reward. To earn your reward, you must call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip at yavapaisw.com. All calls or tips provided to Yavapai Silent Witness will be completely anonymous
