Cottonwood Police K-9 Seized 29 Pounds Of Fentanyl Pills During Multiple Traffic Stops

Cottonwood Police K-9 units seized around 125-thousand, or 29 pounds of, fentanyl pills during multiple traffic stops on State Route 260 between Cottonwood and Camp Verde over the last week. During two separate stops on different days, officers seized the 29 pounds of pills. They arrested and booked three people into the Yavapai County Jail for various narcotics charges. Detectives assisted in the investigations, and additional suspects could be arrested in the case.
