Authorities Still Looking For A “Person Of Interest” In Connection With A Fatal Shooting Monday Morning In Cameron

Navajo Police and the FBI continue to search for a “person of interest” in connection with a fatal shooting Monday morning in Cameron, north of Flagstaff. One person was killed and two others were injured. Authorities are looking for 44-year-old Derick Myron. They believe Myron may have information about the shooting. He is five-foot-ten, with a slender build, black hair and brown eyes. He is possibly driving a 2017 black Ford dually pickup truck, crew cab with a work rack. It has a Navajo Nation personalized license plate: SLAVK. He is considered armed and dangerous. If you are traveling Highway 89, be aware of the ongoing situation.
