A Teenager Suffered A Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound At A Carnival In Prescott Saturday Night

A teenager was shot at a carnival in Prescott Saturday night and another teen has been arrested in connection with the incident. Prescott Police say an incident was isolated to two groups of teenagers who were arguing at 840 Rodeo Drive at around 10:25 p.m. Investigators say during the argument, a 16-year-old suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the leg. Police arrested a 16-year old boy in connection with the incident Monday. He was booked into the Yavapai County Juvenile Detention Center on charges of misconduct involving weapons, endangerment, and unlawful discharge of a firearm within the city limits.
