A father and son were arrested Friday night at a residence in Prescott Country Club. Yavapai County Sheriff’s official says the two were taken into custody on felony drug charges and other counts. Also, authorities say a large quantity of weapons was also seized. Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking detectives were called to assist deputies on a welfare check at the home of 68-year-old Michael Grossman Sr. The initial call was placed by his son, 29-year-old Michael Grossman Jr, who also lives at the home. Based on information provided by deputies, PANT detectives executed a search warrant and found 85 fentanyl pills, drug paraphernalia, and nearly 20 firearms. Both father and son were jailed on felony counts of possession or use of a narcotic drug, possession or use of drug paraphernalia, and use or possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. The elder Grossman also faces a felony charge of defacing a deadly weapon.
