A Cottonwood Man Was Arrested Wednesday On Three Counts Of Sexual Exploitation

A Cottonwood man was arrested Wednesday on three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Police say they received a CyberTip from the National Center For Missing And Exploited Children. They told police nine images of child pornography were downloaded from an IP address in Cottonwood. It was discovered that the residence was the home of 75-year-old Paul Kirchheiner. During a search of his home, a computer and cell phone were collected for evidence. Additional images of underage kids were found during the search. Kirschheiner was arrested and taken to the Yavapai County Detention Facility. The investigation continues.
